2010 Advanced Chapter 7 Seminar
The NSVBA, LLC is a nationally recognized organization serving virtual and on-site Bankruptcy Assistants and Paralegals nationwide. NSVBA is offering a two-day Seminar for Advanced Consumer Bankruptcy Chapter 7 petition preparation. NSVBA membership is not required to attend. The materials covered in this seminar is not intended for the general public but for professional bankruptcy assistants looking to further develop or enhance their petition preparation skills. It is required that attendees have some experience in consumer Chapter 7 case work.
NSVBA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. NSVBA and its' members are individual independent contractors who serve licensed bankruptcy attorneys nationwide.

Registration is required, no walk ins allowed.
Dates/Times: THURSDAY 10/14 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. and
FRIDAY 10/15 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
(2 15-minute breaks per day and 1.5 hour break for lunch per day)
Hotel Accommodations: A block of rooms have been held at the Clarion Hotel 888 E. Dominguez Street, Carson, CA 90746 (310) 715-6688. All attendees will receive the standard room at the group rate of $68.00 single/double occupancy. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel at. Make sure to request NSVBA GROUP CODE: G-NSVBA. The cut-off date for reservations is SEPTEMBER 13, 2010. Room rates available between 10/12/2010 and 10/17/2010.
Airport Information: LAX is 18 miles from Hotel
John Wayne Airport (Orange County) is 22 miles from Hotel
Transportation: Attendees are responsible for their own transportation.
Fee: NSVBA Member - $250.00/ non-member - $300.00 (materials and refreshments included, no group discounts available, meals not included)
Registration Deadline: Fee and registration form must be received by NSVBA no later than 5:00 P.M. on 9/13/2010.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be granted after 9/24/2010
