* VBA's work in various jurisdictions throughout the United States.

* Virtual Bankruptcy Assistants work directly under the supervision of the Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney.

* VBA's make it possible for you to handle more cases without hiring additional personnel and incurring additional "employee" exposure.

* NSVBA members are prepared with their own licensed bankruptcy software. Most; if not all, NSVBA members use Best Case Solutions.

* Members of the National Society of Virtual Bankruptcy Assistants, LLC are trained in Small Office/Home Office Security and Procedures and are fully committed, legitimate businesses.

* Virtual Bankruptcy Assistants provide an efficient service where you, the attorney does not pay for lost time due to unforeseen circumstances.

* NSVBA Members are regular attendees at the Annual NACBA Convention.
